A Word From Cultivating Sales!
GRATEFUL - I'm grateful that never get bored. Our team recently took the Strength Finder assessment and my #1 strength is learning. This was not a surprise to me. I have books everywhere. I sign up for all the courses I can. I watch lots of YouTube videos. I have to be very careful that I don't spend all my time learning and there's no time left for executing. What do you love to do that could be eating up your execution time?

OBSERVATION - My favorite quote is "Obstacles are what I see when I take my mind off the goal." Several people have been credited with that quote but I think it was Henry Ford. When I start comparing myself to others or start to worry that someone will 'steal' my idea, etc. I am reminded of that quote. It's amazing that so many of the obstacles that I find dropped in my path were put there by ME! What's your favorite quote and why?
