A Word From Cultivating Sales!
GRATEFUL - I am grateful for all that I learned in 2022. Some of those lessons were hard and yet I am a stronger person for them. Some were exciting! I realized that bigger isn’t better. I am ambitious and because I am 61, I have felt a push to grow, grow, grow. In the second half of 2022, I realized that with growth comes more challenges. Why not choose to stay small but make a big impact? Run a company that is not only fun to work in but helps others grow too. With that said, my word for 2023 is Connections. I want to reconnect with each of our clients and make sure we’re helping them achieve their goals where we can. Keep an eye on our Action Classes that start in January.
RESOURCE - I found something pretty interesting. If you use Google Calendar, go to
https://calendarinreview.minutes.so/ and this tool will tell you where you spent your time in 2022. I average about 3 hours a day in meetings. That’s great if those meetings are productive but what if they’re not?? How much time did you spend in meetings last year?
OBSERVATION - Many small business owners that I meet with are struggling with identifying their Ideal Client. Do you want to know why? It’s hard work! Here are a few reasons why it’s important to do take work:
1. Improved marketing efforts: By understanding who your ideal client is, you can tailor your marketing efforts to be more effective and efficient.
2. Greater focus: Defining your ideal client can help you focus your business on serving a specific group of people, rather than trying to be everything to everyone.
3. Increased profitability: By targeting your marketing and sales efforts to your ideal client, you are more likely to close deals and increase your profitability.
4. Enhanced customer experience: When you know your ideal client well, you can create a more personalized and relevant customer experience, which can lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Better decision making: Understanding your ideal client can also help you make better decisions about what products or services to offer, how to price them, and how to allocate your resources.

Order Submitted Trigger
Use the new 'Order Submitted' trigger and the 'Global Product' filter to fire a workflow wherever a customer purchases the product.
Note - Use 'If/Else' conditions to specify order source, funnel page, order total, or submission type if necessary
Course Lock
Lock a category, post, or assessment in a membership course until a previous category, post, or assessment is completed.

Blog Post Scheduling
Instead of drafting a blog post to save for a later date, click 'Schedule & Publish' to select a future date and time to schedule blog posts.
TikTok Workflow Trigger
Select the 'TikTok Form Submitted' trigger to run a workflow when a TikTok lead ad comes in.
Custom Date Values
In workflows, when selecting custom values under appointments, day of the week, month, and name of month, are now available!
