A Word from CSP
There are so many things in life to be grateful for! Today, I will introduce you to my furry co-workers. They provide so many laughs throughout my day. Bella is a short-haired dachshund and Duke is a rescue who is part dachshund and part beagle (we think). Having grown up in the country, animals have always been a part of my life. I can't imagine it any other way.
Yes, I'm a software junkie! I am always looking at new tools to help me with my job. A tool that we use often is Elfsight. They have customizable no-code widgets that you can add to CSP. If there's something you can't currently do in CSP, check and see if Elfsight has a widget you can use. Their widgets work seamlessly with our software! Click here for more info.
I love reading! I often have a book in my hands. I do have a Kindle but I love real books. I'm old-fashioned that way. I believe that when learning from others, we can hopefully avoid making some mistakes. Even more critical is that we can also learn how to speed up our progress. The book I just finished has been written by two friends, Cat Stancik & Tobin Slaven. Their book is Experts Never Chase and it's perfect for those of us who are in coaching/consulting. I want to share how one of our clients is using CSP in her business. Jean Tillery set off on your Epic Road Trip 2021 last week. It is a five and 1/2 week journey to highlight the people and places of our country, while promoting healthy eating and DREAMING BIG, along with other habits for #epicLiving. She's driving from her hometown in Powhatan, Virginia to Montana and back visiting 21 states. Along the way, she'll be sharing the sights and the stories, the places, and the people. I'm lucky that I'll be able to meet up with her in Dallas later this month for the eWomen Network Conference. Learn more about her adventure here.

New Features this Month
Now, with Facebook and Instagram joining forces, we are able to bring in Instagram messages like we do with FB! After connecting your IG and FB pages, you can hit the "Instagram" button on
the CSP Integrations tab in settings, reconnect FB, and boom! You're connected. Just know that FB is in phase 2 of launching this integration so it will only be for those with 1k-100k followers, at the end of Q3 it will open to everyone, stay up to date here.
You can now create duplicate variations of your landing/funnel pages anyway you like to test which page
Review Request Bulk Action and Workflow Action
Send a review request to a batch of contacts or strategically send in a workflow. For example, if you have a
new client onboarding workflow, after 1 year then send them a review request!
Contact Change Trigger
You can now trigger off of assigned user, DND, tags, or custom fields changing in a contact record in the

Client Help Library
Open the Help Library for a plethora of videos, transcriptions, and GIFs to help support you in the software. This library talks through all of the basic steps and things to understand about the software. With keyword search, you can easily find videos that you need. You can also contact support to submit a tick this way also, click "Contact Us" and follow the prompts.

Use the 7 day a week livechat from
(10am-6pm CST) (11am-7pm EST)
to receive support for quick questions or glitches you may have. Find this livechat in the Help Library and the black livechat bubble.

to submit a ticket to our support team with questions, comments, glitches, and more! This is the best way to get support other than open office hours because it submits a formal ticket that we can follow.

Hop onto our open office hours that we offer THREE times a week. Open Office Hours are an extremely beneficial FREE resource that we offer to all clients, VA's, and team members. You will learn from questions you ask, questions others ask, demonstrations, and sneak peeks of new features.
