A Word from CSP
Today I am grateful for those clients who have been with us from almost day 1. You believed me when I told you we were going to be building something different. Something powerful. Well, we did it! Thank you so much for your faith, encouragement, and for sharing your frustrations along the way so we can continue to improve the platform.
Every day I find useful tools. The one I'd like to highlight today is Grammerly. I use it everywhere and it works perfectly within CS PRO. It has saved me from so many errors when I'm working in our email builder, funnel builder, and even when sending text messages. While I pay for their extra features, the free version works in CS PRO so you don't have to pay. (I'm even using this as I'm writing this newsletter!)
Most people want to help. Yes, we're seeing lots of bad behavior in the world but I still believe most people want to help. It seems every sales call I'm on, I'm meeting with an entrepreneur who is eager to help her audience. She's not thinking about how she's going to make millions. She's thinking about how what she has can positively impact others. I choose to stay focused on those people. They give me energy and hope for our future.
One of the clients, Sue Gresham, has been with us from the very beginning of this journey. Sue is affectionately known as The Linkedin Lady. I think that gives you a great clue about what her superpower is!

New Features this Month
Workflow Builder Bulk Action
Add a mass amount of contacts to a workflow all at once! By clicking the "add to campaign/workflow" builder bulk action in the contacts page, you can add a bulk amount of contacts into a workflow at the click of a button!
Membership Magic Links
Use these new links to send to your course members straight passed the login screen! When contacts that are already registered for a course click this link, they will be automatically logged into their membership library without any hassle.
Two Step Order Forms in Websites
Use two step order forms to grab payments via Stripe for subscriptions, one time payments, and payment plans! This element works the same way as they do on funnels, by adding the order form and the product into that page and thats it!
Tips from this Month
If/Else Condition for Empty/Not Empty
Split a workflow based off of if a contact has a field that is empty or not. In this example we look at an appointment workflow, is the email empty? Yes, send the confirmation and reminders via email. No, send the confirmation and reminder via text!

The best way to learn the software is to dive in and see how it all works, which is why we highly encourage attending!

Open the Help Library for a plethora of videos, transcriptions, and GIFs to help support you in the software. This library talks through all of the basic steps and things to understand about the software. With a keyword search, you can easily find videos that you need.
