A Word from CSP
Guess what? Today is my birthday and I am thrilled to be celebrating turning 60!! Yes, I really am thrilled. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people in my life and you are all included in that. 5 years ago when I started this business, I had no idea how much fun it would be and how much I would learn along the way. While many of my friends are retiring or counting down the days to retirement, I feel like I'm just getting started. Growing older doesn't mean being being old.
I want to thank all of you for being a part of what we're building at Cultivating Sales. It means so much!

New Features this Month
Import Products from Stripe
With the new payments and products in CSP, we understand that most of you already have products created in Stripe that you don't want to have to take the time to recreate in CSP. Now, you can import products right from Stripe easily! Click this button under payments to import. Email Opened/Trigger Link Clicked Wait and If/Else Steps!
The moment so many of you have been waiting for is now here!!!! We can now wait until an email is opened, unsubscribed, etc AND split a workflow using a if/else step on whether that email was opened or not. AS WELL AS doing the same exact thing with trigger links!!
User Collaboration and URL Redirects
See when other users are working in a funnel or website as well as being able to redirect multiple URL path's to a single page of your choice!
Disable Campaigns and Triggers
Not using Campaigns or Triggers? You can now disable them in Settings - Company - Scroll down to bottom of the page where you will see this setting above missed call text back *which is the tip tuesday from this week if you are interested (;
Set Event Start Date/Time Action
More good stuff keeps coming today! Check out this new action that allows you to set the event start date/time in the workflow rather than in settings! This allows you to reset it multiple times in a workflow, off of a custom field/value, and more!
Two Factor Authentication
Everyday we are trying to find ways to make the platform safer and better! Today we have implemented 2FA to further ensure your account's safety and security. You can receive a a login code via email or SMS to login.
Automatic Custom Membership Emails!
Instead of using workflows to create your custom membership welcome/login emails, we can utilize the email builder to select a template to use!
One Step Order Forms!
We all know and love two step order forms. Well, we are introducing the little brother to two step order forms....ONE step order forms!! (For new funnels using new products process)
FYI - You will utilize the Order Form Submission trigger in workflows for both one and two step order forms.

Hop onto the open office hours that we offer 3x a week. Open Office Hours are an extremely beneficial FREE resource that we offer to all clients, VA's, and team members. You will learn from questions you ask, questions others ask, demonstrations, and sneak peeks of new features. The best way to learn the software is to dive in and see how it all works, which is why we highly encourage attending!

Help Library
Open the Help Library for a plethora of videos, transcriptions, and GIFs to help support you in the software. This library talks through all of the basic steps and things to understand about the software. With a keyword search, you can easily find videos that you need.
