OBSERVATION - What’s the efficient way to get tech support from our team and also not waste your time in the process? Provide our team with a Loom video. (or any screen recording tool, we use Loom) A quick 1 -2 minute video showing us exactly what problem you’re having provides us with the details we need to quickly understand. You don’t have to type out some long explanation only to have our team come back with more questions each time.. Each back and forth causes you more and more stress..Our tech support team LOVES to help you solve problems and the faster they can do that for you the happier you’ll be!

Need to update your payment information?

View all tasks at once in the new task module. Search by task name, or filter by contact, assignee, status, and more.
Goals
Use the 'Goal Event' step to allow a contact to skip all unfinished steps and jump to the goal in the workflow.
