OBSERVATION - I was asked by a mentor to do a SWOT Analysis on myself. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). It is crazy how easy it was to list the weaknesses and how hard it was for me to identify my strengths. I encourage you to do this exercise. It’s harder than you’d think but brings clarity for where we need to hire next.
WORD OF MOUTH - If you’re friends with me on Facebook, you saw our photos from our trip to Costa Rica. If you decide to visit Central America, I highly recommend going to Dreams Las Mareas. It was truly an amazing experience. We’re already booked for the same event next year.

I imagine you’re like me and have far too many groups that you’re involved in. Keeping up with all of them is no easy task. We’ve tried a number of tools for building our client community and then fail to be engaged in our own space! Everyone wants to build off of Facebook but because it’s not on Facebook, we forget about it. So, we’ve decided to close down our Mighty Networks account. We may try again in the future. Expect that we will close it down at the end of this month.
