We do not offer refunds for purchases made on our annual plan.

Refunds for our software and/or services will only be issued in the case of an error on our part.

Billing Policy:

All payments must be made in full before services are rendered.

If your payment fails, your software subscription will be shut down until your payment clears.

If you don't make your final payment for services rendered, we have the right to delete what we have built for you.
